It just means she's THAT good of a forensic artist that she can draw someones face without ever seeing them, which means she is an absolute expert in the field of forensic artistry, facial structure and facial analysis. She's not drawing anything here, but based on her success rate in drawing people she's never even seen - she could tell you if these women were different with her fucking eyes closed. Literally. And in this case she's got actual photos of the two of them right in front of her. Right there she saw 5 blatant differences. It doesn't take a forensic artist to see the differences either, cause i can see them too once she pointed them out. Unless you are seriously blind there's no way you can see that ones ears are way low and the others are high and their necks are different.

Do you know what 42% is? It means that witnesses describe someone based on their recollection, someone Gibson has never seen with her own eyes, and based on their DESCRIPTION in their minds, she draws a picture and out of all the pictures that she's drawn she has caught 42% of the people.
