According to Entertainment Tonight, Scott Ruffalo, brother of actor Mark Ruffalo, is on the critical list after being shot in Beverly Hills.

The incident occurred earlier this week.

Scott, a hairstylist, was found with a gunshot wound in the head. No other details are currently available.

The brothers have two sisters, Tania and Nicole, who are both hairdressers.

The 41 year-old Mark has become much sought-after following terrific costarring roles in films such as Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind and Zodiac.
