Francis Fox, real-life father of Lost leader Matthew Fox, has pleaded "not guilty" to driving his SUV while "under the influence" on Nov. 14.

Court documents obtained exclusively by RADAR show that the elder Fox, who once grew barley for Coors beer, was arrested while traveling east on Highway 26 near Fremont, Wyoming and registered a .111 BAC (blood alcohol content) when given a breathalyzer test.

Wyoming state law deems a BAC of .08 or above to be "impaired."

No further hearings have been set for ol' man Fox.
