A judge has cleared
Robert De Niro and his prostate in a lawsuit filed by Fireman's Fund insurance, Nikki Finke reports. Fireman's Fund Insurance had claimed that De Niro withheld information about his cancer-addled junk during a medical exam at the outset of the filming of
Hide and Seek. When he learned he had the cancer
five days later, the shooting schedule was delayed and key actors were lost. "We are pleased that the Court has found that Fireman's Fund can't sue Mr. De Niro for getting cancer," his attorney Robyn Crowther said in a statement. [
