Is nominal actress Lindsay Lohan the latest post-Michelle Williams conquest for actual actor Heath Ledger? According to a source, the recently-rehabbed starlet (now drinking again?) texted Ledger for a furtive rendezvous while the two were in New York over Thanksgiving weekend.

Lohan, it seems, was supposed to spend the holidays with beau du jour and fellow Cirque Lodge grad Riley Giles, though he opted to instead capitalize of his newfound social cache by partying in assorted New York nightclubs sans Lohan. The Daily News reported yesterday that the two got into "at least one big fight" over Thanksgiving, though it's unclear on which day the alleged big fight took place.

Ledger was spotted hitting on "one pretty brunette after another" at the Beatrice Inn on last Friday, the same day Lohan came to Manhattan to go shopping with her sister. According to our source, the hookup occurred that evening.

The Daily News also reports that on Monday Lohan was in Manhattan drunk-dialing friends for a place to stay at 4 a.m.; only God himself knows if one of those calls landed her in Heath's warm embrace for a second go at things.

Ledger, for his part, has been linked to almost every single working actress and model in the Tri-state area in recent weeks, including Helena Christensen and Kate Hudson. An item in yesterday's New York Post also noted that he's taken to stalking model and fellow Aussie Gemma Ward, and that Heather Graham was also subject to his machinations.

Reached for comment, Lohan's rep, Leslie Sloane Zelnick, said, "This is gross. She and Heath are friends."
